It is imperative to have the right employment contracts and policies in place. Anyone employing has a legal obligation to confirm the basic terms and conditions of employment with all employees.
We can take care of your employment contracts and policies and make sure that you protect your business while adhering to legal frame-work and follow best practise.

Employment Policies

What's obvious to company / organisation may not be obvious to employees of the organisation.
While working with you, we will ensure you have an appropriate set of employment policies to meet your business's needs. You can have your existing policies updated and we can provide additional policies to fill the gaps.
If your organisation have nothing in place then we recommend our Employee Handbook service.

  • 2. A set of policies to ensure they meet business need and fit current employment law.
  • 3. Provision of additional policies to support your changing business needs.

We can work with you either onsite, offsite (by phone and email) or a bit of both.

Ensure you have an Effective Employment Policies in place: Many businesses start off with the key policies in place i.e. Disciplinary, Grievance, Equality and Health & Safety. Then, as the business expands and more people join, the more situations arise where a policy is needed: someone gets pregnant so a maternity policy is needed; someone gets called for jury service so an absence policy is needed.

Our services are from:
  • 1. £55 per hour for offsite support (phone and emails).
  • 2. £95 per hour for onsite work depending on the work required.

Bespoke Policies: For development of bespoke policies, our services are from:

  • 1. £55 per hour for offsite support (phone and emails).
  • 2. £95 per hour for onsite work depending on the work required.

Note: For new clients, we may request a 50% of the fees up front.
