And dealing with employee disciplinary issues is not easy for many business owners and managers. Poor attendance and poor performance tend to be the issues that you may face most frequently. Often by the time you call us you may have tried an informal approach on a number of occasions and the situation has not got any better.

As HR consultants, we can help you through the employee disciplinary process no matter what the situation and no matter what steps been already taken. We will be there to help you mitigate the risks and achieve the best outcome for your business.

When dealing with difficult employee situations, process is everything. The steps in themselves are not complicated but human emotions tends to complicate situations sometime. At a basic level, we can provide you with a full written process, scripts, documentation. And be at the end of the phone to answer any of your further quires. This could be a good option for you if you are looking for some peace of mind with minimum cost to your business.

At the highest level we can deal with the situation for you. We can conduct appropriate level of investigations. Conduct the disciplinary hearing and take care of all required documentation to adhere to HR policy and procedures. As a first step we will ask you to complete a questionnaire that gives us basic information about the situation you are dealing with and what events have happened to-date. We will then arrange an initial telephone consultation with you to discuss your position in more detail and the level of support you require. Just to emphasise, we will not pass judgement on what has happened in the past but will advise you on the processes you need to follow to avoid the same outcome in the future.

Our services are from:
  • 1. £55 per hour for offsite support (phone and emails).
  • 2. £95 per hour for onsite work depending on the work required.

We will speak with you to understand the situation you are looking to manage and the level of support you require. We will then give you an estimate of the number of hours we expect the matter to take. We will agree any work before it is performed and keep you updated on the costs as they accrue.
Note: For new clients, we may request a 50% of the fees up front.
