We will work with you to resolve all your HR issues by providing practical and effective HR support and guidance.

Employment Performance

We can support in dealing with any poor performance issues that are not serious enough for disciplinary action. We can either guide you through the management of poor performance or you can hand the entire performance issue over to us and we will investigate and work through the issue on your behalf.

There are times when it is clear that there is a poor performance issue and you can move to the stage of bringing disciplinary straight away. However, there are a lot of occasions where poor performance can’t simply be attributed to negligence or indifference of employee. This is the worst type and managing poor performance of this type is something that our clients find very difficult.

With our support you can take early action that enables you to either get performance to where it needs to be or to a point where you have sufficient evidence to begin a disciplinary process.

Working to address poor performance can be time consuming and exasperating. The other challenge is, if you don't address it in a structured and systematic way, it can make it difficult to progress through a disciplinary process (in case if you end up going through that process).

We can help you. We have dealt with these matters many, many, times throughout our professional careers and can guide you through a process that adheres to all legal norms and is just. Our services are from:
  • 1. £55 per hour for offsite support (phone and emails).
  • 2. £95 per hour for onsite work depending on the work required.

We will speak with you to understand the situation you are looking to manage and the level of support you require. We will then give you an estimate of the number of hours we expect the matter to take.

We will agree any work before it is performed and keep you updated on the costs as they accrue.

Note: For new clients, we may request a 50% of the fees up front.
